Due to the personalized nature of our diet and health advisory services, NutriDietMate.com follows a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. No Refund on Service Commencement

Refunds are not provided after the service or program start date under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, dissatisfaction, medical conditions, or change of mind.

2. Cancellation before Service Start

Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 15% administrative deduction to cover processing fees.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of technical issues on our side or inability to provide services as agreed, a full refund may be granted.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@nutridietmate.com with details of your booking and reason for refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any partial use of services or consumed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Personal data used for creating customized plans is non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Changes to Refund Policy
